Having grown up in the action sports world of supercross and motocross, Adam graduated from Deakin University in Burwood, Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce and double majors in Management and Marketing. In 2005 he founded Southside Promotions, which quickly became one of Australia’s premier action and motor sports athlete and event management agencies; in the process producing a feature length documentary with star freestyle motocross athlete Cam Sinclair. With the quick expansion of business, services and staff, Adam met Ryan through brokering a major V8 Supercar partnership between Rockstar Energy and the Holden Racing Team in 2010 and the two partnered soon after to create AME Management in 2012.”
Ryan’s career in motorsport and sponsorship began early, raising money to support his international go-karting pursuits over 12 years of competition which ultimately led to multiple podiums at National Titles, before representing Australia in Japan (2007 All Japan Qualifier) and Spain (2008 IAME International Karting Challenge). Ryan completed a double degree in Sports Administration and Business Management at Victoria University. Ryan spent close to five years at one of Australia’s premier sporting Championships – V8 Supercars Australia (V8SA). Ryan’s experience in V8 Supercars included event operations management before becoming a Sponsorship Manager. Ryan helped service some of Australia’s largest sport sponsorship properties, collectively managing over 22 V8 Supercars Championship partners, with a combined annual revenue exceeding $19 million in 2011.
Ryan and Adam established AME Management together in 2012 and have since seen rapid exponential year on year growth; creating and producing the V8 LIFE (2014) and subsequent Supercars Life (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 & 2020) TV Series within V8 Supercars, as well as creating, co-founding and promoting the largest international action sports events in the Southern Hemisphere, the AUS-X Open Sydney in 2015 -2018, S-X Open Auckland (2018 & 2019) and the largest Supercross event ever held in the world outside of the USA, the AUS-X Open Melbourne event in Marvel Stadium in 2019.
Ryan is heavily focused on producing video content and television productions, commercial partnerships for AUS-X Open, business development and the leveraging of sport sponsorships across clients marketing platforms with respective athletes, teams, events and/or rights holders.
Ryan loves to keep active and live a healthy lifestyle, with surfing, golf and go karting as very avid interests away from AME.
