Australian Freestyle Motocross icon Cam ‘Sincs’ Sinclair will make his much-awaited return to the most prominent action sports competition in the world this weekend – the X Games in Austin, Texas.

Sinclair will compete in the highly anticipated inaugural ‘FMX QuarterPipe’ event, as well as the crowd favourite and arguably most prestigious motorcycle event at the X Games, ‘Speed & Style’.

Having already scored three medals at previous X Games competitions, including gold in 2010, the world-class athlete from Victoria is determined on potentially adding another two medals to his already astonishing tally this weekend.

After a dominant win at the Australian ‘Speed & Style’ championship, Sincs was propelled straight back to the top of the world map, receiving his X Games invitation immediately.

“I’m extremely excited. To be invited once again to a competition that holds the reputation that X Games does; it’s such an honor”.

“Obviously the goal is to earn a medal and more specifically a gold one. The thing about the X Games though is that the invitation goes out to absolute best of the best, so its definitely not going to be an easy feat. I completely believe in myself though and have a fantastic group of sponsors behind me, so there’s no reason I cant come out on top,” Sinclair stated.

A hiatus from the competition since his final medal in 2012, Sincs turned his attention towards world touring with the Nitro Circus along with time dedicated to his family. However, this lengthy absence has re-lit the competitive flame, and Sincs will be once again be competing on the world stage.

Amazingly enough, Sincs has been on tour with the Nitro Circus since late January, performing numerous shows across the globe including Japan, America and Europe. Sincs will return home for a mere one day to practice for X Games, before flying out to America on Friday the 5th of June.

In lead up to his X Games return, Sinclair has announced a new corporate partnership with A revolutionary concept in the gaming world, provides consumers with an opportunity never-before-seen; a safe, secure website to bet on video games.
