Supercars Life provides an unprecedented and entertaining insight into the personalities behind one of the most successful sporting championships in Australian history, the V8 Supercars.

The first instalment in a twenty-part reality television series will screen this Thursday March 26 at 7.30pm AEDT on Fox Sports 5 (Channel 506).

Supercars Life promises a unique behind-the-scenes insight into the lives of the key players who form what is considered one of the most dynamic motorsport categories in the world.

The 30-minute programs have been produced by Melbourne-based AME Management and

Executive Producer – Ryan Sanderson says the show has been designed to appeal to a broad audience.

“We created Supercars Life not only to provide a fly-on-the-wall, behind the scenes look at the driver’s and team’s behind V8 Supercars’, but most importantly to focus on the people who are leading unique and exciting lifestyles, as there are so many fantastic personalities within this sport,” he said.

“The opportunity to combine reality TV programming and sport is a unique and powerful one, that should broaden the audience for V8 Supercars’ drivers and key personnel that make up each team, without excluding the passionate fans who will love getting to know their heroes better.”

Supercars Life follows the emotions of drivers, team managers, key staff and personnel within the V8 Supercars fraternity, as each team chases the ultimate goal, in becoming the V8 Supercars Champion.

Fox Sports Motorsports Executive Producer  – Simon Gee, is excited to showcase the latest addition to Fox Sports, which compliments the network’s recently acquired rights to broadcast the V8 Supercars Championship.

“Fox Sports currently broadcasts every single V8 Supercars Championship session LIVE and in HD offering extended hours and the ultimate viewing experience for our subscribers,” stated Simon.

“As a result fans are experiencing extended airtime with their favourite drivers and teams who create the core of this exciting championship; with Supercars Life a perfect addition as it provides our viewers with unprecedented insight into all of these personalities, both on and off the racetrack.”

The twenty episodes will screen throughout the year, commencing this Thursday (March 26) at 7.30pm AEDT on Fox Sports 5 (Channel 506) and covers the whole V8 Supercars Championship, as well as additional content in between events.
